I cook as an act of care
For me, cooking is a love language. I cook to take care of the people around me—whether it’s a casual gathering or a big celebration—and I bring my best to make the day feel special.
I’m trained in technique and shaped by real service
I learned and cooked through the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, then at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, and later at Uchi/Uchiko in Austin, TX. Those kitchens taught me discipline, consistency, and how to create an experience that feels seamless for guests.
I believe great cooking starts with great habits
My kitchen secret is simple: I work clean and drink a lot of water. If I look good, I cook good—and if I cook good, you feel it in the experience from the first bite to the last.

Chef Dan and Chef Cassidy were absolutely fabulous for my bachelorette party of 11! While curating the menu, I mentioned that we had a few dietary restrictions in the group, and they were more than happy to accommodate everyone. The meal was elevated and truly felt like a fine dining experience. They arrived right on time and set up the most beautiful tablescape, complete with decorative menus. They even surprised me with a vinyl record to use on my record player, which was such a thoughtful personal touch! They treated us like royalty from start to finish, and their attention to detail was incredible. They also cleaned up immaculately and left us with the leftovers to enjoy later that night. I cannot recommend Chef Dan and Chef Cassidy enough! If you’re looking for a special, elevated dining experience for your next occasion, absolutely book them. They made my bachelorette dinner so memorable!
